Get outside this summer! In Girl Scouts, there are lots of different ways to get outside—from overnight camps to 10-day wilderness treks! There are traditional camp activities like swimming, sailing, hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, cooking, singing, plus tons of other great activities you and your group will plan and do together!
At camp, everything we do is planned with these 3 goals in mind:
• To help you learn to take care of yourself (and your stuff).
• To help you and your fellow campers learn to take care of each other.
• To help you learn to take care of the environment.
So—camp is fun and exciting—but it helps kids grow up a little bit, too!
Information about our 2009 camp programs will be posted in January 2009. Check back for the scoop on:

NOTE: Camp Oakledge and Camp Woodland are resting for the Summer 2009 season. Be sure to check out our other exciting programs. |
