Learn to lead girls in group initiatives and teambuilding activities. These activities are recommended for girls in grades 4-12 and adult groups and help teach teambuilding, communication, creativity, conflict resolution, cooperation, trust and decision-making. Upon completion of this training, participants will be eligible to check out TW/TP kits.

| Minimum Service Commitment: |
One council activity in the fall and one council activity in the spring season |
| Annual Update: |
Skills evaluation/assessment is required every 2 years. |

Limited to 16 with a minimum of 4 |
Participants will leave this training session ready to guide girls into the wonderful and exciting world of climbing. Traverse wall climbing allows girls to learn proper climbing techniques without the need for technical equipment or being more than 4’ off the ground.
Learning to climb helps develop problem solving skills, communication skills and goal setting. No previous climbing experience is required.
